Question about Spanish (Mexico)

I’m wondering what the most common ways to say
“F***!” Are in the context of stubbing your toe or swinging a hammer down on your finger…

I am asking because “Chingada madre!” Doesn’t seem to be a natural way to shout out in pain because the ch sound isn’t as loud as the “Pu” in “puta madre!” And it just doesn’t make sense to me. But maybe I am wrong! I have no idea!

I have seen “puta madre” be used impulsively but not chingar. Another example I can think of is when the other team scores a goal people usually say “puuuuuuta!” Usually I see chingar used in a very thought out and calculated sentence- not used impulsively? Am I wrong?

Please let me know your thoughts.
